Who is eligible to receive the Bivalent/Omicron Booster?

  • Individuals ages 5+ for Pfizer and 6+ for Moderna (2 months after completion of primary series or most recent booster dose).

Pfizer: 

Booster Dose: The booster dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine is 0.3 mL for 12+ and 0.2 mL for 5–11-year-olds. The COVID-19 Vaccine booster dose may be administered intramuscularly at least 2 months after completing a primary series or the most recent booster dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine to individuals aged 5 years and older.

  • Approved for ages 5+
  • Must have completed primary series
  • Booster dose approved 2 months after completion of primary series or most recent booster dose

Moderna:

Booster Dose: The booster dose of the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine is 0.5 mL for 12+ and 0.25 mL for 6-11-year-olds. The Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine booster dose may be administered intramuscularly at least 2 months after completing a primary series or the most recent booster dose of the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine to individuals aged 6 years and older.
